How quickly will I receive my order?

We understand getting your order fast is important. No one wants to wait to feel better. Unfortunately, we currently don't ship to ID or CA.

Therefore, orders placed before 1:00 pm (PST) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm (PST) will ship the next business day.  *Some exclusions apply.

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Automated tracking information will be regularly updated to show you exactly when your Flora Vera Labs products will arrive. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us directly.

Scheduled delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.  Flora Vera Labs doesn’t ship on non-business days or holidays.

What are your shipping holidays?

Flora Vera Labs does not ship on the following occasions. Please note shipping will begin the following business day.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with the shipping and tracking information. Automated tracking information will be regularly updated to show you exactly when your Flora Vera Labs products will arrive. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.

Does Flora Vera Labs ship to all 50 states?

Yes, all products are sold and shipped to all 48 states. Unfortunately, we currently don't ship to ID or CA.

Does Flora Vera Labs ship internationally?

Currently, we don’t ship outside of the USA.

I made a mistake when placing my order, can I change it?

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once submitted, most orders cannot be changed. However, our Customer Service team may be able to help. Please email us at hello@floraveralabs.com

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our product doesn’t meet your expectations and you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days from the time you receive the product. Within this period, you may only return one product per customer. If you purchase more than one product, you will only be eligible for the refund of one of those products. The 30-day period starts when the package is delivered by your carrier.

Items will be returned at Flora Vera Labs’s discretion and you may or may not be responsible for applicable shipping charges.
